These Chronomat B01 42 NFL Editions were born from a long-term licensing agreement between Breitling and the NFL. This collaboration celebrates the league’s 104th anniversary, blending the worlds of horology and professional football. Each of the 32 teams in the NFL has a dedicated watch in this collection, with only 104 pieces available per team. These limited editions feature distinctive team colors, logos, and the iconic NFL shield engraved on the sapphire case back, cementing their status as collector’s pieces.

The Breitling Chronomat B01 42 NFL Team Editions feature a stainless steel case measuring 42 millimeters in diameter and 15.1 millimeters in thickness. With a lug-to-lug height of 50.5 millimeters, you should not have a small wrist.
Each panda-styled dial showcases a team’s logo and its colors, with a colored central chronograph seconds hand and small chronograph hands. It is a Chronomat, so it incorporates raised rider tabs on its unidirectional ratcheted stainless steel bezel for improved grip. The onion-style crown enhances usability, even for gloved hands.

This movement reflects Breitling’s commitment to performance and reliability. It debuted in 2009 as a significant milestone in the brand’s technical history, featuring a column-wheel mechanism for precise chronograph control and a vertical clutch for smooth operation. Breitling ensures a high level of finishing, visible through the sapphire crystal case back.
All Chronomat NFL Editions come with two strap choices. A stainless steel rouleaux bracelet (then the reference number ends with A1) or a black rubber strap (S1 reference numbers). The rouleaux bracelet adds a retro touch with its cylindrical links and folding clasp. The rubber strap offers a sportier look.

A COSC certified automatic movement with a 70-hour power reserve, a date and chronograph function combined with a robust construction comes with a price.
