The Citizen Promaster Sky Satellite Wave GPS not only looks impressive, you need an impressive amount of time to figure out all its features. Besides that, it will take some time to get used to find what you want on its dial.

Read the specs below to see what this watch is capable of. Although it doesn’t have apps and doesn’t connect to your phone, it is smart. And accurate. Through GPS it is only around five seconds per month faster or slower that the real time, thanks to its capability to connect with satellites.

The Citizen Promaster Sky Satellite Wave GPS offers a power-reserve of five years

The 47-millimeter case is from titanium (the dark model with DLC) which is hardened with a surface hardening technology called Duratect. Duratect MRK gas-hardening technology is used to make the material harder. Thanks to this technology, the surface of the watch and the material inside is hardened to a depth of 20 to 30 microns. That is why Citizen claims the Promaster Sky Satellite Wave GPS has a “superior durability under the harshest conditions”. There are no reasons to doubt that.

Back to the dial. Although the size of the watch gives some space to rank and sort all the functions in a logical and clearly to read position, it is still hard to read when it comes to the special functions. However, the basics like time, seconds time zone and the chronograph are clearly enough. It’s an extraordinary pilot, give it some time…
