The Seventies Chronograph with a big date display was first launched in 2014, and now it is available with two panda style dials and limited to 100 pieces per color.
The new variants of the Panorama Date are housed in a 40-millimeter square stainless steel case. The dial is either blue, called Ocean Breeze, or yellow which is called Golden Bay. It displays two black panda style sub dials. On the left there is the small seconds counter with an integrated power reserve indicator. On the right you will find the 30-minute totalizer. Furthermore, there is a rather unusual 12-hour counter in an aperture just under the 12 o’clock position. The big date, or panorama date, is located at 6 o’clock.
Glashütte Original Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date Ocean Breeze & Golden Bay has a power reserve of 70 hours
The watch runs with an automatic Glashütte caliber 37-02 equipped with a flyback chronograph. So, it provides a reset function without the need to first stop the chronograph. Which is useful quick measuring of elapsed times. It has a power reserve of 70 hours and skeletonized rotor and 21-carat gold oscillation weight.
