The new Greubel Forsey Balancier Convexe S² Carbon 41.5 mm is basically the same as the Greubel Forsey Balancier Convexe S2 Titanium. A model that was earlier released this year. However, this new one sports a carbon case but feature the same specifications.
The dial shows a double open-worked arched bridge between 3 and 4 o’clock. Which is part of Greubel Forsey’s signature design. With traditional finishes of the case, lugs and crown, now in a very dark tone by using carbon. Which is strong, durable and a very light.

The bridges and main plates are from carbon and titanium, frosted, with polished beveling and countersinks, all with black treatment. The escapement platform from titanium is inclined at a 30° angle and clearly visible on the dial side. The movement of 303 components is driven by coaxial series-coupled fast-rotating barrels (1 turn in 3.2 hours). They deliver a total power reserve of 72 hours.
This Greubel Forsey Balancier Convexe S² Carbon 41.5 mm comes on a textured rubber strap with a titanium and carbon buckle. The model is limited to 22 pieces and they will be built between now and 2026.
