The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel combines two of the most exquisite watch complications. It is presented with a plain, clear design without logos and indices. You just have to look at an aqua blue Grand Feu enamel dial that reveal the two complications as well.
Let’s start with this dial. The Grand Feu enamel is applied on a hammered texture base in a sparkling blue hue. The translucent Grand Feu enamel is fired twelve times to get this fumé effect that also looks crystalized or metallic. Due to this delicate process, each dial of the 50 pieces that will be made, is unique.
See the minute repeater in action
Normally the hammers and gongs of a minute repeater that strikes the hours, quarters, and minutes on demand, are at the back of the movement. But the H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel has them on the dial side. The middle of the 42.3-millimeter cushion-shaped steel case is widened to house the movement and to create enough space to function as a soundbox for the striking mechanism. With the gongs surrounding the dial.
But there is more spectacle. As at six o’clock you can see the one-minute flying tourbillon behind a skeletonized bridge. It looks like it’s floating on the dial. And lastly the dial has three-dimensional hour and minute hands, from which the latter is curved. Both hands have Globolight inserts, a ceramic based material mixed with super-luminova.
The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel has a power reserve of 90 hours
All the sounds and the tourbillon are driven by the H. Moser & Cie. caliber HMC 905, a hand-wound movement with a power reserve of 90 hours. If you don’t play around with the minute repeater all the time. This hand-finished and decorated movement has anthracite grey finish, and some parts are skeletonized, and you can see it through the sapphire case back.
This H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Blue Enamel comes on an integrated steel bracelet with triple folding clasp.
