The Hamilton Pan Europ Automatic 42 mm joins the vintage-design inspired Pan Europ line. The brand originally launched the Pan Europ in 1971 as one of the firsts automatic chronographs. Which is also known as the Chrono-Matic D. This model was followed by a re-edition chronograph version in 2011, and a non-chronograph in 2014. Now, another non-chronograph timepiece has been revealed, available with a beige or light green dial.
The Pan Europ’s signature cushion shape case measures 42 millimeters and has a thickness of 11.55 millimeters. It captivates the classic design plus a unidirectional bezel with a beige or light green sunray dial. The hour and minute hands with super-luminova are nickeled and central seconds hand is lacquered. Furthermore, there is a day-date window at 3 o’clock.

Inside the latest Pan Europ is an automatic Hamilton caliber H-30 with a nivachron balance spring which can be admired through its open case back. It beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph and has a power reserve of 80 hours.
The Pan Europ Automatic 42 mm comes on a green or beige soft touch leather strap highlighting the 1960’s racing feel. Additionally, you will get a brown or burgundy NATO textile strap.
