The Hanhart Preventor9 S Limited Production is a limited addition to the Pioneer Preventor9 series. It is a design inspired by an historic Hanhart model from the 1950s along with small second sub dial at the 9 o’clock position, a signature feature of the past. This new pilot is limited to 100 pieces only.

The difference with the regular Pioneer Preventor9 is that this S (from Schwartz, German for “black”) is all black. It is a classic pilot design with large and legible hands and clear numerals and markers, all with high luminous coating. Plus, an oversized crown to allow pilots operate it easily when wearing gloves. The black is from PVD coating on stainless steel, on the case (40 millimeters) and on the back.

The Hanhart Preventor9 S Limited Production has a power reserve of 38 hours

Inside is an automatic Hanhart caliber HAN4112 offering a total power reserve of 38 hours. Its base is a Sellita SW 200 with modification by Dubois Dépraz for the small seconds, a reliable time/small seconds movement.

The Hanhart Preventor9 S Limited Production comes on a black cowhide strap with white stitching. And it is secured with a black PVD coated stainless steel buckle. The model is also available in a non-limited steel version, with either a white or black dail.
