The case is 44 millimeters and has a thickness of 15 millimeters. So, it is a rather bold model. The dial features a navy blue color with two sub dials. At 9 o’clock are the small running seconds, and at 3 o’clock a 30 minutes totalizer of the chronograph. At 6 there is a small date window.
To have an easy reading at night, the hands and markers are filled with super-luminova, as well as the chronograph seconds tip. There is also a naval aviator logo above 6 o’clock and the trident of Poseidon is connected to the chronograph seconds hand. As Poseidon is the Greek God of the sea.
The sapphire crystal case back also exhibits coat of arms from the German navy printed on the glass. You can have it either with the MFG3 “Graf Zeppelin” or the MFG5 Geschwander logo.
