The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon SR-A by Samuel Ross is a new collaboration between the Swiss brand and the British artist and fashion designer Samuel Ross. Last year Hublot already launched a limited edition in orange, this time it is all grey. Or better: monochrome. The bright green rubber strap makes it a looker anyway, unless you wear it on a white or black rubber strap. With that, this Hublot suddenly becomes more subtle.

The case is from shiny microblasted titanium, as well as the bezel, the dial is from sapphire crystal. Which gives the watch this interesting, skeletonized set-up where you can admire almost all gears. And if you look closely, you might be able to see the main spring unwinding.

The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon SR-A by Samuel Ross has a power reserve of 72 hours

For sure, the one-minute tourbillon is the main event, which is also clearly visible at the 6 o‘clock position. Even the winding rotor of the automatic Hublot caliber HUB6035 is placed on the front of the movement, so you can see that moving as well.

The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon SR-A by Samuel Ross is a limited edition of 50 pieces. That, plus the tourbillon and the special design by Samual Ross, shoots the watch to the higher price regions. Well, you get the white and black rubber straps for free.
