To mark its 10 years in the watchmaking industry, HYT reveals the HYT Conical Tourbillon Titanium Blue, the newest member of the Conical Tourbillon line. The Conical Tourbillon collection was just launched this year with the Black Eklipse with reference H02759-A. That one was followed by the Infinity Sapphires with reference H03131-A. And now there is another miraculous creation from the brand executed in titanium with blue. All Conical Tourbillon models are limited to 8 pieces.

This Conical Tourbillon has a 48-millimeter case made of carbon & black DLC titanium. And it has a thickness of 25.15 millimeters. Which is huge. But it is needed to house the blue liquid inside, in a capillary tube, the unique signature from HYT. The liquid in the tube tells you the hours, the blue hand filled with white super-luminova is for the minutes. But the most striking feature is the conical tourbillon which is visible at the center. It adds even more precision to this timepiece.

The HYT Conical Tourbillon Titanium Blue has a power reserve of 40 hours

The HYT caliber 701-TC is the movement that runs the newest Conical Tourbillon. The tourbillon in the heart of the timepiece has a spring-balance inclined at 30 degrees to horizontal. And the escape wheel at 15 degrees, and a pallet at 23 degrees. It is inspired by a unique inclined balance tourbillon that was developed by the German Walter Prendel, in 1928. This layout offers an alternative solution to improve stability and performance of the tourbillon.

This tourbillon completes a clockwise revolution every 30 seconds. There are three visible spheres filled with blue liquid and they rotate at different speeds. One completes four turns a minute, the second five turns, and the last one six turns a minute, clockwise. Obviously the new owners will spend a lot of time to admire the whole scene over and over again.
