Three new colors for the Longines Flagship Heritage Moon Phase, now available in green, anthracite and Havana beige. Which is an addition to the Longines Flagship Heritage Moon Phase with a silver, opaline and blue dial. And all still a tribute to the Flagship Heritage models from the 1950s. Which was commemorated in 2017 with this Longines Flagship Heritage 60th Anniversary 1957-2017.
These Moon Phase Heritage models are still one of the most affordable mechanical moon phases on the market. And here combined with a date by hand and matching the colors of the main dial. No “smiley” style moon phase, creating an elegant dress watch.
The Longines Flagship Heritage Moon Phase has a power reserve of 72 hours
The movement of the Longines Flagship Heritage Moon Phase is the Longines caliber L899.5, which is based on the ETA caliber A31.L91. Pretty rock solid, with a silicon balance spring, offering great resistance against magnetic fields. And a sufficient power reserve of 72 hours.
This Flagship has a screw-down case back with an 18-carat gold medallion. This is embossed with a caravel in full sail on a blue sea, hand-painted in enamel, a signature of the Flagship collection since 1957. And each model has a color matching alligator leather strap with steel heritage tongue buckle.
