The Longines Spirit Zulu Time Titanium is now available in titanium, after the Swiss brand launched steel and steel/gold versions earlier. So far, the model is only available in one color, anthracite, with green/beige luminescent Arabic numerals and markers. The hands are polished yellow gold, also with this green/beige super-luminova, providing the watch a nice vintage appearance.
The size of the grade 5 titanium case is 39 millimeters, following the trend of smaller cases. The foremost complication of this Zulu is it’s GMT function. The 24-hour hand combined with the 24-hour scale on the rotatable ceramic bezel allows the wearer to read a second time in another time zone instantly. For that the GMT hand is black, only the tip is red, with luminova.
