A new collaboration between the Swiss watch brand and the Swiss watch marketeer leads to this Louis Erard La Petite Seconde Metropolis Green x The Horophile. So, this new model is also 39 millimeters, in stainless steel, but now the dial is executed in a sparkling green tone. With circular satin-finish, gadrooned center and silver transfers. All very subtle, with a classic small seconds layout at the 6 o’clock position. Art deco design from New York in the 1920s but with a 2020s twist, Louis Erard (Est. 1929) calls it Neo deco.

The movement of the Louis Erard La Petite Seconde Metropolis Green x The Horophile is the Sellita caliber SW261-1. This automatic comes with a date complication but that is left out for this watch. The quality is the so called D3 grade from Sellita, sometimes indicated as élaboré grade, which means it has refined decoration. The power reserve provided by Sellita is 41 hours, Louis Erard communicates 38 hours.

Furthermore, the movement in this watch has a special open-worked oscillating weight with black lacquered Louis Erard symbol. This green model comes on a perfectly matching light brown grained calf leather strap with tone-on-tone stitching. The lining is black grained leather and the strap is closed by a polished stainless steel pin buckle.
