The MB&F LM FlyingT Onyx is the tenth variant of the FlyingT series, the second that comes in yellow gold and the first with a black onyx dial. And yes, FlyingT stands for flying tourbillon, visible at the center of the watch. Which looks pretty bold again.

First the dial, which is from onyx. That is a gemstone and a variety of the mineral chalcedony, available in all kinds of hues. The black version of this layered oxide mineral is deep and solid, creating a strong visual effect. However, the central tourbillon, with a diamond on top of its case, draws all the attention. Or is it the off-centered sub dial inclined at 50 degrees with serpentine hour and minute hands?

The MB&F LM FlyingT Onyx has a power reserve of 100 hours

Inside is a 3D movement conceived and developed in-house by MB&F. The central part is the 60-seconds flying tourbillon, hours and minutes are 50 degrees vertically displayed. Winding can be done with the left crown; the right crown sets the time. The winding rotor is made from 5N+ red gold and displays a three-dimensional sun. The power reserve is 100 hours.

The MB&F LM FlyingT Onyx comes on a black calf or alligator leather strap. The pin buckle matches the case and is in yellow gold.
