Just a short period after the launch of a monochrome Seamaster, Omega launches this Seamaster Diver 300M 42 mm Titanium – Bronze Gold. Which can be called a significant addition to the Seamaster line when it comes to the materials used. Designed for versatility, this model blends functionality with materials crafted for endurance and innovation. Still following Omega’s legacy of producing precision instruments for underwater exploration with their Seamaster collection.
The Seamaster Diver 300M debuted in 1993 as a professional-grade dive watch and became iconic due to its use in James Bond films. This new Titanium and Bronze Gold edition takes cues from the Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition seen in No Time To Die. By incorporating vintage design elements like domed sapphire crystal and a brushed mesh bracelet, it links back to earlier models while embracing modern advancements.
Combining Titanium and Bronze Gold
This Seamaster features a 42-millimeter case made of grade 2 titanium, lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Not the hardest titanium grade, however. Its brushed finish offers a muted grey tone that emphasizes its utilitarian aesthetic. Complementing this is the use of Omega’s bronze gold alloy for the bezel, crown, and helium escape valve.
This bronze alloy has 37.5% gold added, hallmarked as 9K, as well as palladium and silver. It resists oxidation, preventing green discoloration and maintaining a soft pink hue over time. Although a bit of green oxidation would partner with the bezel and dial.
Vintage Green Bezel and Dial
Its bezel is a unidirectional and rotating bronze-gold one with green oxalic anodized aluminium inlay and a diving scale with vintage super-luminova. This vintage super-luminova also comes back on the hands and applied markers, perfect on the vintage green aluminium dial. It all looks like the watch could have been from the 1960s. Except for its size.
It still excels as a tool watch, a good diver. Its clear dive scale on the bezel and helium escape valve enhances underwater utility. The luminescent material ensures visibility at depth, while the aluminum bezel is scratch-resistant and easy to operate. The screw-down crown aids in maintaining water resistance, offering reliability for those who take it on aquatic adventures.

Inside the Caliber 8806 Movement
The Co-Axial Master Chronometer Omega caliber 8806 powers this model. Its METAS certification guarantees resistance to magnetic fields, superior precision, and reliable performance. The movement offers a power reserve of 55 hours and is visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Cool as it features meticulous finishing with rhodium-plated bridges and Geneva waves.
This titanium-bronze Seamaster comes with a brushed titanium mesh bracelet or a green rubber strap. This bracelet not only matches the watch’s utilitarian design but also provides lightweight comfort. But for diving the integrated green rubber strap with a titanium fold-over clasp is a better choice.
Pricing of the Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 42 mm Titanium – Bronze Gold
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300M 42 mm Titanium – Bronze Gold retails for about 10 to 11k when you go for the rubber strap. The bracelet adds about 1k to the price. Comparable models can be found with Breitling, Panerai, Tudor, and Zenith.
Not all offer high-end bronze divers, but most of them have titanium models capable of diving down to 300 meters / 990 feet. Some with vintage styles, but none can offer the 007 feeling.
