Out of four new military inspired divers this is the GMT model, the Panerai Submersible QuarantaQuattro GMT Navy SEALs Carbotech. Tracking the time in another time zone is not the most necessary information you need when diving, or as a navy seal. Well, the model probably spends its life as a desk diver anyway. And it’s good to know that your daily GMT, if you are using it that way, can handle lots of water.
In fact, the 44-millimeter Carbotech (carbon fiber mixed with polymer) case can withstand water down to depths of about 500 meters / 1,640 feet. The Carbotech is also way harder than regular carbon with comparable weight advantages. The combination of beige luminova accents on a matt black shaded dial makes the dial easy to read. The 12-hour GMT hand, so no bezel with 24-hour scale needed, and the small seconds hand have a yellow tip.

The movement of the Panerai Submersible QuarantaQuattro GMT Navy SEALs Carbotech is the Panerai caliber P.900/GMT. A P.900 with a GMT module. It’s a solid automatic supplying 72 hours of power reserve just with one barrel. As the case back is from Carbotech too, you cannot admire it.
This Navy SEALs Panerai GMT comes on a camo textile and rubber strap closed by a trapezoidal titanium buckle. Which has black DLC coating to keep it in line with the case. And you will also get an additional black rubber strap. The price of this Submersible QuarantaQuattro is in the 17 to 20k zone. Making it pretty expensive for a GMT, despite the Carbotech.
