The Panerai Submersible QuarantaQuattro Navy SEALs is the entry-level diver from the new military inspired Navy SEALs collection. Although it doesn’t have an entry-level price with a tag between 9 and almost 11k. Sure, it has a cool dial layout but this price for a regular steel three-hander diver is too much.
