And well, with a car that starts at around 260,000 US dollars or Euro’s, a watch for about 9 to 10k is just another box that needs to be checked, right? The 42-milimeter titanium Chronograph 911 Turbo S Exclusive is limited to 500 pieces and will be made to order to match the color scheme of your supercar.

So the color accents on the carbon dial will match the color of the car and even the rims will match the oscillating mass on the back of the watch, echoing the appearance of the Porsche wheel rim.
But it is not just about the looks with the exclusive Porsche Design watch. Although it is basically the same watch as this Porsche Design Chronograph 911 GT2 RS. It has a conventional chronograph function that records successive events through three consecutive actions on the pusher: stop, reset and restart the timepiece. For this new Chronograph 911 Series, Porsche Design has developed its first proprietary movement. It is the Werk 01.200 with flyback function that automates these three processes in rapid succession.
Let’s be honest, impressive and suitable for a brand that leans heavy on speed and motorsport, but it is nothing new. Welcome news nevertheless that Porsche Design is starting to develop its own movements.
