The Tissot Chemin des Tourelles Skeleton is a T-Classic model with stripped-off middle dial to provide a good look on the tech inside. The watch is named after the street where the Tissot factory is located, in Le Locle, Switzerland. It’s available in three executions, all in stainless steel, one coated with black PVD. The latter also has a black “dial”, the other two are ivory or blue.
The 39-millimeter case is the perfect size for a dress watch (for most buyers), and the color options offer some extra’s. If you go for blue, the outer ring of the dial is adorned with Clous de Paris. The ivory dial has a sunray effect, the black one as well, but combined with a black case and bracelet.
The Tissot Chemin des Tourelles Skeleton has a power reserve of 80 hours
Inside is a Powermatic 80 with a Tissot labelled oscillating weight and based on the ETA caliber C07.111. Which means it has a Navichron balance spring and a sufficient power reserve of 80 hours.
The Tissot Chemin des Tourelles Skeleton either comes on a bracelet or leather strap (the ivory version). The latter is the most affordable, the blue one ads about 80 to the price and the black one is about 120 more. If you rather have a “closed” dial, take a look at the Tissot T-Classic Chemin des Tourelles Powermatic 80.
