The Tissot PR100 Tour de France and Tissot PR100 La Vuelta a España are connected to two of the three biggest multistage bicycle races in the world. As Tissot has a partnership with the Tour de France and La Vuelta a España. Only the the Giro d’Italia is missing here. The two new watch models dedicated to the two races are almost the same, only the color details differ. Plus, the engraving on the case back.

The Tour de France version comes with yellow details, a nod to the yellow jersey the leader of this race is wearing. And of course, the leader of La Vuelta a España wears a red jersey, the reason the second watch has red details. Both black dials have an asphalt-grained layer – the fastest surface to bike on – and a yellow or red central chronograph hand. Which has a little bike as a counterweight. The hands of the 30-minute totalizer and 12-hour totalizer on the upper sub dials are also yellow or red.

To keep the price low, Tissot uses the ETA caliber G10.212, a solid quartz movement with date and chronograph. Easy to swap whenever necessary and easy to buy as well. If you don’t play around with the chronograph too much the battery will last about 38 months.

Both the Tissot PR100 Tour de France and the Tissot PR100 La Vuelta a España come on an interchangeable brushed stainless steel bracelet with butterfly buckle. If you are going to bike with it, you better wear the additional yellow or red perforated quick release bi-material strap. Gives more comfort when you go fast.
