The release of the Tissot Seastar 1000 Wilson WNBA Automatic is the result of a collaboration between three partners. Of course, the Swiss watch brand, then the sporting goods brand Wilson, and lastly the WNBA. Which is the Women’s National Basketball Association, commonly known as “The W”. A women’s professional basketball league of 12 teams, all based in the United States. And Tissot is their official timekeeper, Wilson sponsor of the balls.
The watch is housed in a 40-millimeter stainless steel case with a uni-directional rotating bezel. This bezel incorporates the 24-second basketball shot clock time, a cool reference to Tissot’s role as WNBA timekeeper. The color scheme is in line with the WNBA: white and orange, although this automatic features a black dial. The Tissot Seastar 1000 Wilson WNBA Quartz has a white dial.

The Tissot Seastar 1000 Wilson WNBA Automatic comes on an orange strap with an embossed white “W”. The strap is made of Wilson WNBA Evo-NXT Composite Game Ball Material and secured with a steel pin buckle. You will also get an additional white strap adorned with a quick-release interchangeable system for easy swapping.
