VC presents four new models with the Vacheron Constantin Métiers d’Art – Tribute to traditional symbols – Eternal Flow & Moonlight Slivers. A mouth full but those four belong to the brand’s Métiers d’Art series with very special dials, using old techniques and often depicting historical “things”: buildings, locations, and symbols for instance.

The models here are created in collaboration with the Former Associate Research Librarian of the Palace Museum. The dials are interpretations of the “Seawater Cliff”, which is a Chinese motif already used in the 14th century. It is a motif that refers to the sea, tides, and powerful surges against cliffs.

Enamel and diamonds

These 38-millimeter models come in either pink or white gold, and both series, Eternal Flow & Moonlight Slivers, have different dial decorations. The Eternal flow has a colorful cloisonné enameling and engraving, and the bezel is engraved as well.

The Moonlight Slivers model has a diamond-set bezel with 74 brilliant-cut diamonds. And the dial is made from grand feu enamel with 18k gold engraved motif and 239 brilliant-cut diamonds.

The movement of the Vacheron Constantin Métiers d’Art – Tribute to traditional symbols – Eternal Flow & Moonlight Slivers is the Vacheron Constantin caliber 2460. It’s almost the same as in the Vacheron Constantin introduced the Métiers d’Art Villes Lumières collection, for instance, but now without a seconds hand. It has the Hallmark of Geneva certification, a 22K gold rotor with a waves and tides motif, and a power reserve of 40 hours.

These four models come on a color-matching alligator leather strap with stitches and alligator leather lining. The folding clasp is either from 18k 5N pink gold or 18k white gold. And all four models are limited to 15 pieces each, with a price on request.
