With the Zenith Defy Skyline Edition Paris the Swiss brand wants to underline something about France and Paris and a lot of visitors. Without mentioning the Olympic Games of course because that is Omega territory. So, Zenith focusses on the verdigris toned dial of this limited edition.

It’s the first time a Zenith model has a dial color like this, and the color is a nod to the many aged copper elements (rooftops) in Paris. A pretty farsighted story to present a new and cool gradient green dial. Which is a good match with the stainless steel case, measuring 41 millimeters. A pattern of Zenith’s star logo forms the background of the dial.

The Zenith Defy Skyline Edition Paris has a power reserve of 60 hours

It beats with a high frequency movement for more accuracy, so inside you will find Zenith’s caliber El Primero 3620. It shows the time up to 1/10th of a second on the sub dial at 9 o’clock. The special oscillating weight with satin finishing shaped as Zenith’s star logo can be seen through the sapphire case back.

The Zenith Defy Skyline Edition Paris comes on a stainless steel bracelet. Thanks to the interchange system you can quickly replace it by the additional black rubber strap as well. Both locked by a stainless steel folding clasp. And if you rather want another color, take a look at this slate-grey Zenith Defy Skyline Boutique Edition. Or this Zenith Defy Skyline Ice Blue. The sort of blue you might see when you look higher than Paris’ rooftops.
