The open-worked Defy gets a summer season touch with the white Zenith Defy Skyline White Ceramic Skeleton. It is a regular skeletonized Defy Skyline, already released in stainless steel, titanium, black ceramic, and with a black, blue or grey-toned movement. Take a look at this Zenith Defy Skyline Skeleton Boutique Edition for instance.
However, to keep pushing new models, the Swiss brand takes a blue skeletonized El Primero movement from the shelves and combines it with a white ceramic case. Which they haven’t used yet. On a Defy that is. As the recent Zenith Defy El Primero 21 Chroma II shows what brightness white ceramic can give. The result is a fresh looking 41-millimeter watch that combines a hint of fashion with a savor of tech.
The Zenith Defy Skyline White Ceramic Skeleton has a power reserve of 55 hours
For the movement the brand uses the automatic Zenith El Primero 3620 SK, a skeletonized caliber 3620 with silicon escape-wheel and lever. It sports hours and minutes, and small 1/10th of a second on a sub dial at the 6 o’clock position. The overall design of the movement and its surrounding parts is shaped like a four-pointed star, Zenith’s old logo.
The Zenith Defy Skyline White Ceramic Skeleton comes on a white ceramic bracelet with white folding clasp. You will also get an additional white rubber strap with starry sky pattern and folding clasp, although it looks like a pin buckle on the photos. Anyway, it is easy to change.
